I am a “multi-preneur” who actively works and operates in 4 different businesses that my wife Talitha Mascelli and I have started from scratch. My main concentration is that I work as a professional Construction Consultant and project estimator who has developed valuable skill sets from being engaged in projects all over the continental U.S. My recent experiences include Facility Condition Assessment, Project Estimating for the Government, Urban Planning, Master Planning, and FEMA project close-out.

My past clients have included large land developers in Denver & Colorado Springs, Colorado, Military & Municipal Authorities in Colorado, Arizona, & New Mexico, County, State, & Federal Governments, and large Utility Companies like X-Cel Energy, Aquila, Colorado Springs Utilities, and Tucson Electric Power.

When you combine all of my experiences I am positioned well as an owner’s representative, consultant, or contract employee for any utility company, municipality, construction firm, developer, or real estate entity.

My extensive knowledge of natural gas, high voltage electrical distribution systems, commercial scale PV, healthcare, retail, and multi-family construction, enable me to be an asset to any utility company, developer, construction company, general contractor, or community rehabilitation & development organization.

In addition to this, I am currently developing and establishing an Urban Farm in the City of Jamestown, NY. I believe that local food security should not be a political issue, but a human necessity that all peoples should work toward filling for themselves and others.

My goal is to always be an effective team contributor, while maximizing collaboration and co-operation of all parties involved in my client’s projects.
