I’m gonna paint my house siding. Does anybody have the tips how to make this process faster and get high quality work done?

From my experience I know it’s important to get good tools for that. I usually use a 4″ straight-bristled brush for large areas and a 0.5″ angled brush for details.

Last summer I spent a lot of money on preparation for my exterior painting.  Except brushes I got paint roller, roller sleeve, paint tray, ladder, rags and painter’s  tape.  My siding is still looking great!

You should not be saving money on the paint it’s for sure. I’ve tried cheap and expansive ones and can tell that good quality paint is much easier to apply and it lasts longer.

Check the weather! Don’t paint on very windy days and avoid painting in direct sunlight.

I learned to paint with either hand which helped me to reach more area from the ladder.

You need hold the paint close to the surface your are painting which ‘will reduce your arm movement and minimize dripping of the paint.
