Government – Miscellaneous Building

WILLOWS ROOM – CONFERENCE ROOM CEILING REMODEL ,The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, tools, labor, and incidentals as required
by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above-stated project, including but
not limited to, all project management, field supervision and contract administration. The
general description of the building and site improvements to be done hereunder consists of but
is not limited to:

The Willows Room – Conference Room Ceiling Remodel is a 1,435 s.f. tenant
improvement. The project consists of demolition of an existing wood lighting trellis and
trellis track lights while protecting in place the existing 2×2 suspended ceiling system. A
portion of the existing suspended ceiling will be removed to add 3 new gypsum board
drop soffits and a projection screen soffit and automatic project screen. All existing light
fixtures and recessed speakers will be removed and discarded. Relocation of existing
mechanical diffusers to allow for new drop soffits will include all ducting, duct insulation
and labor. New LED fixtures with dimmers will be added to the existing ceiling. Three (3)
existing pendant fixtures, furnished by Owner, will be installed by Contractor. Secure
fastening for these fixtures will be required. New data CAT cable will run from the
existing source in the Pro-Shop to new location in the Willows Room. Where ceiling tiles
that have been damaged, have holes from trellis supports or old recessed light fixtures,
and/or need to be replaced, they will be replaced with like-kind and painted to match
existing.

Contractors will be required to submit statements of technical qualifications relative to
